In Malaysia the exhibition was titled Side by Side. An exhibition of paintings by 12 young British artists and graphics by 12 whose reputation was established during the 1960s, were shown alongside Malaysian artists who had received part of their formal art education in Britain. A catalogue, with texts by Mary Rose Beaumont and Syed Ahmend Jamal, was published in Kuala Lumpur. No ISBN number
