SAINSBURY'S CRELOS THE WONDER MARGARINE

Crelos was the brand name of Sainsbury’s own margarine. It sold for a shilling (5p) a pound; if a pound was purchased the customer was rewarded with a gold metal revolving pencil; the cheaper margarine was six pence (2.5p) a pound.
