STILL WAITING FOR PHILOSOPHY

1972 Tom Phillips (1937 − )

From a suite of 12 lithographs based on Brahms Opus 45. The images were derived from postcards collected by the artist in Germany and have inset texts, which are treated fragments of the novel A Human Document by W H Mallock, and titles quoting the textural material of the Requiem itself.
