Francis Dodd (1874 − 1949)

Francis Dodd was born in Holyhead, Wales; he studied at Glasgow School of Art and in France and Italy. His etchings were mainly of portraits and architectural subjects. He made around 200 prints, half of which are portraits and it is those of his fellow artists that are considered the best.
