May Aimee Smith (1886 − 1962)

Born 16th March 1886, near Manchester, May Aimee Smith was an English painter and wood-engraver. She specialized in the use of the multiple tool, studied wood-engraving in Paris under Dmitri Galanis, exhibited with the Society of Wood Engravers, and at the Salon d'Automne in Paris.
She died in 1962 at Birch Vale, Stockport, Cheshire, England.
