Wed Abdul-Jawad (1982 − )

Wed was born in Saudi Arabia and, after finishing school in 1999 moved to the USA to attend the University of Oregon, where she earned her BA in Photography with a background in sculpting. In 2005, she returnred to her homeland and began teaching photography at Dar Al-Hekma College, Jeddah. 

She is currently a graduate student (MFA Photography) at Savannah College of Art and Design, Georgia, USA.
