This print refers to the conference centre of the United Nations Organisation in Vienna: it shows all the mechanisms of international conference mediation, including press offices and translation booths, and hints at the way hierarchies and ideologies of international dialogue are manifest in this constructed space.
The work comes from the Londonportfolio, one of the most significant British print publications of the 1990s..
