Viewing artworks
As our Collection has no permanent gallery it is not always possible to view works. The majority of our Collection is on show overseas, in exhibitions or displays. Through this site, you can look at where works are currently on show.
Where can I see works in the UK?
From April 2009, for a period of 16 months, there will be a series of exhibitions from the British Council Collection at the Whitechapel Gallery, London. Other works are also on loan to other major museum and gallery exhibitions in the UK and you can check where individual artworks are on this site.
